DELIVERY:
Please note all trading orders are packed and posted by Sue! She will do her best to get your order out as quickly as possible, but please be patient – delivery is usually 7-10 days but can take up to 21 days during exceptionally busy times. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail second class post to keep costs down, this will also add a few extra days delivery. Last date for 2nd class posting for Christmas is 18th December 2023. This applies to UK only. Overseas will take longer.
If you have ordered online but haven’t received a confirmation email please check the junk folder.
We try to reuse packaging where possible to help the environment and keep costs down, so don’t be surprised if you receive a cat food box, your order is inside. Many companies send us fragile items like pencils in bubble wrap and polystyrene bits, we’re not buying those, just reusing.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
Because Sue is so busy with UK orders we haven’t got around to sorting out how overseas can order. One problem is weight of parcels, so if it’s a large order it might have to go in 2 parcels and that will cost double the postage. The best way is to send your name, address and order by email hogalogue@outlook.com she can then pack and weigh the order and let you know the cost of p&p and then you can call (during office hours) and pay by card: Visa or Mastercard and the time of the call is only short to give your card details. Sorry it’s not an easier process, it is something we’re looking into.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING:
Under £20 £4.50, £20 & over £5.50.
P&P applies to each delivery address.
All overseas orders will be sent by Air Mail, please email us to find out postage costs.
RETURNS:
If you are not happy with anything you have received we will refund you if goods are returned in resaleable condition within 14 days for the cost of the goods minus the postage we have had to pay. Please pack carefully.
FAULTY GOODS:
Please carefully examine parcel contents and NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY.
